Encountered a problem accessing Results Moderation Tool?

Try the following to resolve the issue

  • Ensure you have the correct setup to access the Results Moderation Tool
    • For teaching staff: 'Convenor' role in the unit.
    • For non-teaching staff: 'Student Progress' or Administrative role.
  • Use the latest version of Google Chrome.
  • Ensure your browser (Chrome) setting as below:
    • Enable Allow sites to save and read cookies data (recommended)
    • Disable Block third-party cookies
    • Turn off any extensions that preventing script from running
